It is very important that anyone who is sick stays at home to prevent the spreading of illnesses.
If your child has a runny nose, sore throat, coughing, temperature, chills OR ache & pains home in the warm is the best place for them. They will recover much quicker and will keep their illness to themselves.
If you do send you child to school when they are coughing, have a sore throat , are feeling unwell you will be called and asked to take them home.
The Ministry of Health are advising if you have cold or flu symptoms you should stay home, and call your doctor or Healthline on 0800 358 5453 for advice.
Please follow this advice.
But if your child is away from school please contact us so we know they are at home, safe.
