COVID Alert Level 3 - Survey

Level Three and Linton Camp School
I am sure you are aware that on Friday the Prime Minister announced that New Zealand will move to Alert Level Three at 11.59 pm on Tuesday 31 August and that schools can open to some students on Wednesday 01 September.. Her key message to families was...we still want the vast majority of people working from home, and children and young people learning from home. So if your child can be at home then they should. This is the safest place for you and your family. If there is a responsible person available to supervise your children then they are expected to do so. In our view, sending children to school should be the last option you explore. Staying in your home bubble is the safest thing you can do for your family.
Last year when we were in Alert Level Three NO students attended Linton Camp School.
However, if any of you are an essential worker and have no alternate childcare option then you should complete our very short survey. Click on the link below.
While at school your child/children will be completing school work set for them by their class teacher. In other words they will be undertaking distance work at school.
If your children must be at school please make sure you fill in the form by 9.00 am Tuesday morning (31 August).
For All Students
Teachers will continue to provide distance learning to all students while we are in Alert Level Three in the same way we have delivered learning in Alert Level Four.
If you have any questions or concerns about your children’s learning then please raise them with your class teacher first and after that with Mary MacDonald (Junior Classes) or Nigel Tongs (Senior Classes) or with me.
All the very best.
