School Uniform in Terms 2 & 3

Winter School Uniform

In terms 2 and 3 children are to wear winter uniform to school. The coming holidays are a great time to make sure your child is ready for winter. It is also a great time to check your child’s uniform & replace any torn or worst for wear items.

And don’t forget to label everything especially fleeces, & shoes. We can’t return a ‘lost’ sweatshirt if we don’t know who it belongs to.

Boys: • Navy blue sweatshirt or

polar fleece with school logo

• Red polo shirt with school logo

• Navy blue shorts

• Navy blue drill, elastic waisted pants

• Navy blue socks

• Black leather school shoes -

no canvas or sneakers

Girls: • Navy blue sweatshirt or

polar fleece with school logo

• Red polo shirt with school logo

• School skort

• Navy blue drill, elastic waisted pants

• Navy blue socks or navy blue tights (stockings)

• Black leather school shoes -

no canvas or sneakers

Jackets, hats and gloves can to be worn to school but not at school - in the classroom or around school. We have no specific colour or type of jacket.

Sandals are not uniform in terms 2 & 3 are are not to be worn to school.

While thermals & singlets are great for extra warmth under the uniform, we do not want to see them. So if your child has a high neck line or long sleeve thermal that is visible under their red polo shirt they will be asked to remove it.

If you have any questions or are unsure about an item of uniform please call into the school office to talk with Mrs Buckley before you make your purchases, she is happy to help.

We ask that children wear correct, clean & tidy uniform to help develop whakahi (pride) & maruwehi (respect) in themselves and the school community they belong to. Please help us teach these important values by providing your child with the tools to do so.
