VISITING SCHOOL

While reviewing our Health & Safety procedures it was decided we needed to formalise our ‘signing in & out’ processes. With this in mind we are now using a service called VisTab to keep track of all visitors and everyone leaving our school (within school hours).

We have a tablet on the office reception desk and insist that everyone coming into school between the hours of 8.55am and 3.00pm come to the office and sign in using the VisTab on the tablet. This includes all late students, picking children up or dropping anything off.

This does not affect students & whānau dropping off before & after school as normal.
